Processing

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day. We are off work on regular US Holidays.

Shipping

We ship OKF Kitchen products both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. Our carrier website quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, OKF Kitchen is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.

Customs

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

OKF Kitchen is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of OKF Kitchen to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

Should OKF Kitchen mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.

Tracking

If you have a package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local carrier office or send email to our Customer Service Representative at support@okfkitchen.com. 

In summary, you will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country. This is extra and we have no control over it. By purchasing a OKF Kitchen product, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.
